Terms of Service

By accessing or using SellerDesk ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

SellerDesk is a personal productivity tool for Etsy sellers. It helps generate SEO-optimized listing content, produce product mockups and design variants, and surface market/keyword research for your own shop. Data used for research (e.g. competitor listing titles and prices) is read via Etsy's official API and is limited to what Etsy makes publicly available through that API.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information when registering and keep it up to date.

Designs, listing text, and other content you create or upload through the Service remain yours. We do not claim ownership over your product designs, shop data, or generated listing content. You are solely responsible for ensuring anything you publish to Etsy complies with Etsy's own policies, including intellectual property and trademark rules.

Some content (listing text, images, keyword suggestions) is produced with the help of third-party AI providers (including Anthropic, OpenAI, and Google). AI output can be inaccurate or unsuitable for a given use — you are responsible for reviewing and editing any generated content before publishing it.

You agree not to use the Service to violate any law, infringe on another party's intellectual property, scrape or misuse Etsy's platform outside of official API access, or attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the Service.

The Service relies on third-party providers to function, including the Etsy Open API, AI model providers, and automation platforms used to relay API requests. Your use of the Service is also subject to those providers' own terms where applicable.

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to other users or the Service itself.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that generated content, keyword data, or research results will be accurate, complete, or result in any particular sales outcome.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SellerDesk and its operator will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
