"Etsy" is a trademark of Etsy, Inc. This application uses the Etsy API but is not endorsed or certified by Etsy, Inc.
1. What we collect
- Account data — name, email, and a hashed password when you register.
- Shop & listing data — information you provide about your own Etsy shop, plus publicly available listing/shop data for a small number of competitor shops, fetched via Etsy's official API for keyword and market research.
- Content you create — designs, mockups, and listing text you generate or upload through the Service.
- Usage data — basic activity within the app (e.g. which features are used) to keep the Service working correctly.
2. How we use it
We use this data solely to operate the Service: generating SEO content and designs, running keyword/competitor research, rendering mockups, and maintaining your account. We do not sell your data.
3. Third parties we share data with
To function, the Service sends relevant data to: AI model providers (Anthropic, OpenAI, Google) for content and image generation; the Etsy API (via an automation relay) for reading shop/listing/keyword data; and image-processing utilities (e.g. background removal) when you use those specific features. These providers process data only as needed to perform the requested operation.
4. Data freshness & caching
Where we cache Etsy data (e.g. for repeated keyword lookups), we do not display product content or images older than 6 hours, or other Etsy content older than 24 hours, without refreshing it from the API — in line with Etsy's API Terms of Use.
5. Data retention
We retain account and shop data for as long as your account is active. You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us.
6. Cookies
We use a session cookie to keep you signed in. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.
7. Security
Passwords are stored hashed, not in plain text. We take reasonable technical measures to protect your data, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.
8. Your rights
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing us. If you delete your account, your shop/listing data associated with it is removed from our systems.
9. Children's privacy
The Service is not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect data from them.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.
